Course info
If you are considering a career or are employed in a Salon but would like a formal qualification, this course provides you with underpinning skills and knowledge, including progression onto technical skills of colouring, cutting, perming and creative aspects of hairdressing. The programme includes: analysis of hair, shampooing, conditioning, blowdry, setting and introduction to colouring and cutting.

Entry Requirements
Standard Grade passes or passes in units at Intermediate 1 or SVQ Level 1 are usually required. However, places are offered following an individual interview and all relevant experience and learning is taken into account.
