Course info
The SVQ in Customer Service is made up of 7 units (8 at level 3). The two mandatory units are preparing to deliver good customer service and providing customer service within the rules. Five optional units must also be undertaken from the themes of impression and image, delivery, handling problems, and development and improvement.Students can progress onto level 3 or a range of business-related qualifications such as Administration, Retail Practice or Travel. The programme offers the opportunity to further develop job skills for positions involving Customer Care responsibilities.
