The AAT is an NVQ and Diploma qualification awarded by the Association of Accounting Technicians, and is sponsored by four of the UK’s major accountancy bodies.The AAT has no minimum entry criteria or work experience requirements and there aren’t even any age restrictions. AAT members have many career options and are well-placed to progress onto a professional accounting qualification such as ICAEW, ICAS, ACCA or CIMA. Entry Requirements
There are no formal entry requirements.

Equipment and Materials
You need to apply for AAT registration if doing Diploma pathway and the Intermediate / Technician Stage for NVQ pathway. This is the awarding body and will allow you to register for exams.
