This course includes designing scripts to incorporate advanced voice processing including playing prompts to callers, collecting information from callers such as account number and then using the information collected to make routing or treatment decisions. This course expands on the scripting knowledge learned from course 0326C, Nortel Contact Center -Manager Scripting 1, and introduces advanced script writing skills and techniques. This course also teaches the script writer how to play back critical information such as an expected wait time or place in queue to the caller.

Entry Requirements
Participants should have communicate and understand basic telecommunications, Use Nortel technical publications (NTPs), Describe ACD features including Enhanced ACD Routing or other equivalent experience.
