This programme will deliver a professional education in real estate. It has been developed in close consultation with the relevant professional, policy and business communities and is intended to provide an intensive fast-track entry to a professional career for postgraduate students. The programme is professionally accredited by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.

How much will it cost?
For EU/Home students 2007 entry fees were £3,600 (full-time) and £1,800 (part-time) per annum. Fees are subject to change.

Normally a good Honours degree (2.1) or the equivalent from a recognised institution.
